Parent Yourself counts the moments you take for yourself.

Four areas: body, mind, joy, connection. A shower, ten minutes lying down, a call to a friend: it all counts, and nothing is too small.

Points adjust to the load you are actually carrying. With a newborn, taking a shower is worth more than it is with a teenager. The app knows how old your children are and weights everything accordingly, without you having to think about it.

When several days go by without a moment for yourself, the app notices and checks in. No judgment, and helpline numbers if you need them.

Your data never leaves your phone. The app talks to Google Play and nothing else, and only to check whether you have premium. You can export your history to a file and import it back whenever you want.
