+Report

+Report is the operational safety app for field teams to record Behavior/Safety Share reports directly from their cell phones in just a few minutes — no spreadsheets, no rework.

HOW IT WORKS
Fill in the incident type (Safety Share or Behavior Share), company, area, sector, date, applicable RAC, risk category, what happened, the observed behavior, and lessons learned. Attach before/after photos (or a single photo) and add up to 4 participants in addition to the person responsible. Finally, generate a formatted PDF, ready to share via WhatsApp, email, or any other app.

SAVE DRAFTS WITHOUT LOSING WHAT YOU'VE ALREADY FILLED IN
It's not always possible to finish a report in one go. With +Report you can save at any time, even incomplete, and continue from where you left off. Incomplete reports are flagged in the history until they are finalized — the PDF is only released when the report is 100% complete.

HISTORY WITH FILTERS
View all previously registered reports, filtered by type, period, sector/area, and responsible party, with quick search. The list loads gradually as you scroll, keeping the app fast even with many accumulated reports.

SIMPLE ADMINISTRATION
Administrators can register and edit users (name, function, company, and access type) and keep the company list updated directly through the app—without needing an external panel.

UNDER DEVELOPMENT
The Flash Report, On-Site Monitoring, HSE Actions, and Incident/Event Report modules are already available in the main menu and will be released in future updates.

+Report was created to simplify the field safety routine, reducing the time between observing a situation and formalizing the corresponding report.
