2024-03-06	Ja*****	Very bad experience with using this application.. i booked taxi two times, however both time cancelled by driver after accepting booking due to map issue with driver. Moreover driver says that use OLA/UBER instead of ELT application.. very bad experience!!

2024-02-13	La*****	No proper service by company and rude behavior of driver. And not reached on time. Today i book the cab for railway station for picking train while this driver waste ma 10 min. In communication with rude behavior and after that he cancelled trip. Then company giving me trip but taking 30min to come. Really fustrating for me.

2024-01-25	Pi*****	Today I have to go to Nikol from Satellite, Ahmedabad. I booked the cab from ELT, but no driver accepted my trip. I got a call from company and they arranged a cab for me. It took 40 mins, but I liked their approach for customer delight. I am really delighted. Thanks and keep doing excellent

2023-10-21	ka*****	Very bad experience today ,booking took very long time and after booking twice today ride was cancelled . Driver said that he is not going to destination and also not ready to cancelled.. second time auto cancelled and reason wrongly shown that heavy traffic nearby area, actually that time no traffic in this area ..

2023-09-25	Mo*****	Initially the app was very good but now it's the worst one..it makes u wait for 15 min and then the driver will not take your call and compel you to cancel the ride.Suxh a waste of time.

2023-07-28	ra*****	I usually don't give ratings like that, But i genuinely want to give review, in the beginning it worked properly i took around 4 sedan rides. After that whenever i try to book a ride it doesn't work. Driver doesn't pick the rides maybe because of the rates & incase if they accept once they realise that the rate is low. They CANCEL IT so please don't rely on this app. Better go for UBER & OLA only. Thanks
