Done nothing but crash this last week. Most notes except the bit the visiting carer types now show as unscheduled or unavailable they are there when I check a visit then the next time I log in they have gone...useless! Your app needs sorting urgently its of no use to families like this I have brought it to the attention of my Mums care company

Great in principal! Times out far too quickly, is often unavailable. Service providers need to interact better with app and service users. For those who may struggle to remember password and type it out the fact that it isn't visible & doesn't auto clear to re enter is very frustrating
