Can't pay fees...

The fee payment feature suddenly stopped working. I used to pay my kid's fee using this app and it is very useful. When I tried to pay an installment yesterday (26/09/2024) it suddenly stopped working. It says "Loading Please Wait..." But it never gets loaded. What is wrong with this feature? If I can get some help to solve this issue from the developer or school I will rate again with 5 star and would appreciate it very much. Thank you.
