2024-12-03	Ed*****	I got a card on my Cupra dealer and was told to download Easy Charging App, but there is no Easy Charging App by Elli, and this app here when reads the card says, "Download Easy Charging app" but on Google Play there is only a chinese app with this name and is not for public charging. Bad Experience with this app and the card system.

2024-08-01	Sa*****	Randomly stopped working with app approval with no notice, no email, nothing. I dont carry the card because the app always works and now stuck having paid £14 subscription having to pay the huge full fee at the charging station. Absolutely disgraceful. They knew on Friday that it doesn't work and STILL haven't notified customers or refunded the subscription fee. Another great idea bites the dust. Goodbye elli.
