I have been locked out of my account for 3 years it's not a lot of money but. I changed my phone number and know can't get in to MY money. You email them they ignore you have to set up a zoom call which They never respond just to get into your account and update yourr phone number. Every other investing app you can change it in 2 mins. They are awful and invade privacy and steal money

It's not worth the membership costs and the tax paperwork is horrendous. I'd rather close my account at a loss than have to deal with that again. Also, customer support takes a long time (few days to get in touch with an actual person).
