The app can turn a phone into a router with USB tethering or hotspot and enable basic port forwarding with an intuitive UI, but success depends on carrier/public IP access. It’s useful for simple single-port needs, yet is often unreliable: forwarding may stop, binding can fail after VPN changes, and there’s no port-range support or low-number ports. UDP-related issues and frequent resets make it inconsistent for some apps and gaming.

Works! Your phone is the router. You connect it to a device, which is the server, via USB. The client (some other device) can connect to the server using the IP address of the phone. This app creates a forwarding rule from router to server, pointing to the IP and port of the server within the USB Tether network. Adding another rule from Home Wifi to Phone allows external connection. I noticed one bug. You must restart your phone if the server IP changes. Restarting the rule doesn't work.
