I just started using the app and am amazed by how much content there is for free!!! I just read some of it to my partner and as I recommended the app to him I noticed that it says in the title 'wellbeing for mums'. That's why I am giving only 4 of 5 stars for now. I'd love if dads would be addressed more by using the word 'parent' instead of 'mum' where applicable. I know that you can choose 'mum' or 'dad' when you set up the app. I don't know if there's different content for dads!? We'll see.

Absolutely brilliant app - I can't believe how much of the content is free, it's truly a wonderful resource! I highly recommend it to anyone - not just parents! It's an invaluable set of tools and support to have in your pocket and the notifications will add peace and presence to your day.
