Elite Training is a comprehensive fitness mobile app designed to facilitate personal training services between coaches and their clients. The app operates with a dual-role system: Coaches can manage their client list, create and organize exercise libraries with detailed classifications (body zone, category, subcategory, type of exercise, and equipment), build personalized training routines, assign programs to individual clients with scheduling parameters (day, time, duration, and number of weeks), manage session calendars, track progress using analytics dashboards (including retention metrics, revenue tracking, and client ratings), create nutrition plans, and communicate with clients via an integrated real-time chat. Clients can view their assigned workouts, log their nutrition and food intake with macronutrient monitoring, update their personal profile including profile pictures, communicate with their assigned coach, and monitor their fitness progress.
