Can't even request taxis

Easy to see your ride from booking to arrival. Quicker than telephone bookings if you only use cash and repeat journey but won't let me use my card to book, and recently changed a return journey to 3 doors from my home address to my home address. Insult to injury, just offered £10 of booking by card! ! Sort it out
