It helps in managing and controlling the facility’s fuel stations, by recording, reading and relaying meters from anywhere and at any time, with the ability to obtain detailed and total reports of the operations that took place on the application. .
Among the most important functions of the application:
1- Introducing meter sales with multiple payment methods and currencies.
2- The ability to print sales invoices in real time after each transaction.
3- Inquire about all the operations that took place.
4- Synchronizing the sales movement with the accounting system in real time after saving the invoice, or completely at the end of the work period (end of the shift).
5- Posting (editing) sales of counters to employees of various types (cash - order - coupons - network), according to branch, point and shift, specifying the quantity sold from each meter, the cash amounts collected by employees and determining the surplus and deficit.
6-Printing various total, detailed, financial and inventory reports, whether with regard to meter sales, or postings made to employee sales.
7- The possibility of saving a backup copy, as well as the possibility of restoring a previous backup copy.
