Very poor customer service, no response to multiple emails. Canceled my subscription and switching to Doorbird over taking their 3G to 4G upgrade. The lack of subscription alone will probably cause it to break even in 2 years. Good hardware let down by poor customer service and lack of innovation over 3 years, while still charging $50/month! Stay away, especially if you are a residential customer.
