This is the worst app I have ever had the misfortune to use. We paid for our use of the scooters but no credit was given to us. The app continually crashes and can't find the scooters for hire. Not that, that matters as we still have no credit even though they have our money. Emailing the company also led knowwhere. Terrible app and terrible support. Stay away from this one!!
