2023-11-06	Je*****	1. Why in the world would you have a whole separate app to lock your card, when it's so much easier to add to the regular bank?! 2. How are you going to say "download this app to control your card," but then give no way to actually use the app to lock your card? 3. God I can't wait to pay off my credit card so I can leave elements. This credit union is a joke

2023-08-02	Mi*****	Has worked relatively well in the past. Decent amount and quality of features, full banking functions and financial features in the main app. This is a piggy back to the main elements app and cannot be accessed by itself, only opened through the main app. Card control recently failed and has been down for well over a week due to an app upgrade. Still waiting on a fix.
