2025-07-17	An*****	Can't use the SCHED app, need to create an account and there's no way to do that from the app. When I clicked on the ? button for help, got a "webpage not available" error with Peanuts characters in the background, making it impossible to read. Horrible mobile experience, don't bother.

2025-07-14	Ri*****	unable to login . one of the worst....y'all need to hire better or more IT personnels to fix this app. Downloading updates should be done in the background like all the apps instead of waiting for buffering. This is 2025 already.

2025-07-14	Er*****	cannot access the program schedule because it requires a login and password. when I use my account info it doesn't work, so what login information is actually needed? there is no information or ability to reset a password or anything. there is no place to direct my issues. all I want to do is access the program, sync it with mysched and carry on like every other year that I have in the past. hey, Comic-Con, fix your goddamn app!
