The official mobile application of the Mariupol Medical Card for city residents who have signed declarations with doctors of municipal medical institutions.

The functionality of the program allows:

make an appointment with a personal physician;
review the history of visits to medical institutions;
view electronic medical records, research and examination results (ultrasound, laboratory tests, etc.);
view contacts of medical institutions of Mariupol.
To gain access to the application, you must contact the registry of the medical institution with whose doctor you have a declaration.
