I ha e been trying to get a hold of the tech support for a whole now. My starbird core saber won't connect to the app. Can someone help?

Needs some serious fine tuning. Settings are not saving to the saber especially in the kinetic settings. I change them and then go to save them. Once I do that I go back into the settings and they are back to defaults. Please make this a priority. We spend so much on the sabers and they just kinda work.
