Do not buy from this fraud company. Their customer support is useless. I placed an order in nov 2024. But they did not ship till Jan 2025. When I repeatedly asked to cancel and refund there was no support from customer service. When the order finally arrived in jan '25, only 2 out of 4 items were delivered.

I used to rate this service 4 stars as orders were timely and affordable before 2020. Now, they hold orders for out-of-stock items without notice. Despite emailing them to cancel and refund, they refused and insisted I wait for stock. Out of two orders, only one arrived; the other is still in transit. The project I needed the items for is over, yet they keep making excuses. Poor communication and refusal to cancel or refund have made this experience frustrating and disappointing. I’ve lost trust
