Not user friendly at all ! My medical reports were released by hospital same day when appointment was done but here in the app still unable to see it even after 3 days. It says reports are available but when checked under my reports option, no reports found. Such a pathetic app, waste of time to even chat with support as you won't get any reply sooner.
