Ever since the change I haven't been able to use the app I had been using. I finally find where to get the new app and it says, your device (my phone) isn't compatible with this version.(app I presume) Not impressed!

Pretty bad app and now a pretty bad credit union. The app makes you sign in each time and then doesn't remember why you were signing in. Eg: accepting an etransfer, asks you to sign in, doesn't prompt you to deposit it, then you have to go back to your email, choose to accept the etransfer again, open the app again then deposit it. Constantly glitchy. The app is as bad as the service since EKCU merger. I'm leaving this credit union now and what a shame, it used to be great.
