2024-12-08	To*****	Doesn't connect to my mower after update. Used to be functional at least. I contacted support. They released further updates. It still doesn't connect and they seem to have given up. It has now been none functional on android for about 9 months. Einhell don't seem to care.

2024-09-06	Co*****	Will not connect to a samsung telephone, even though it's brand new. It has been sent to einhell to be checked, never even looked at it as the person who was checking only tried there phone on it,and it worked, but mine doesn't. It's not a very good service at all.

2024-08-03	Ag*****	It doesn't connect from my Android phone, only from an old android tablet. Cannot install updates, because they send the file as .bin file, and whenever converted to .apk file, the message is that there is a problem with the parsing. This should be a click to update, not me googling how to convert files, and transfer them to devices. The mower is good, but the app is from the last decades.

2024-06-21	ma*****	Had this mower just over a year. Initially everything was fine but past 4 months unable to connect to mower through app. Can only now manually start mower. Can't change any other settings without app. Einhell just telling me to wait till they get software update. Not good enough

I had to get an old 6s iPhone to make it work! update 13/5/24 Better this year following android phone upgrade and mower os and app upgrade Still a few bugs but much better. 14/5 let us see what new bugs introduced by app update today?

It takes many seconds to login (it forgets one in a while that I what to keep logged in) and it takes several seconds to connect to the mower via Bluetooth. The multi zone feature is very bad and not intuitive. You need to enter the number of meters but there is no way to know if the mower knows where the zone is. It really needs a lot of UX work. Update after 6 month: -1 star as Bluetooth not longer working

2023-09-11	mi*****	Fantastic piece of kit, just wish I'd bought it years ago. Does a really good job and leaves a lovely finish to the lawn. The only slight negative I will add, its a pain to get the perimeter wire in the right place,and that does take a little time. But overall ,when set up properly, it's a mower I definitely would not be without. Definitely would recommend Einell robotic mower without any hesitation.

2023-08-16	An*****	Stupid app. Constantly forgetting my details and I have little control over the actual mower. I tell it to mow, it comes out, does my edges and docks again. I tell it to spiral cut, it drives into a corner, starts a spiral, immediately crashes and resumes it's random drunken mowing. Load of rubbish. Really regret buying it.
