Anvilstead: Idle Blacksmith

Anvilstead is an idle blacksmith game in pixel art, a crafting RPG about the one who makes the gear. Forge it, see it on the hero who wears it and send the party down the trail to bring back what the next piece needs. It plays offline too.

You inherit the forge of Anvilstead, a mountain village whose roads have been cut off by the Rust. You swing the hammer; your adventurers, vain and paid by the day, do the rest.

THE FORGE IS YOURS
• Over 100 pieces to forge: weapons, shields, helmets, armor, boots and capes.
• Five qualities, from Crude to Masterwork, and every piece comes out with its own traits.
• Reinforce the pieces you like best, hammer blow by hammer blow.
• New patterns are earned out there: the farther the party goes, the better the steel.

THE TRAIL DOES NOT WAIT
• An idle trail: the party walks, fights and gathers on its own while you stay in the workshop.
• At every crossroads you choose: the safe vein or the shortcut with teeth.
• Four destinations with three levels each, and a boss at the end of every one.
• Over twenty kinds of enemies, from bat swarms to stone golems, each with its own way of hitting.
• Finish the campaign and they go on without end, and two far lands open up: the Frozen pass and the Volcano.
• What is in the saddlebag is safe; what they carry is lost if they fall. Pull back in time.

A VILLAGE YOU CAN TOUCH
• Forge, inn, counter, stage, training ground, infirmary, apothecary, tannery and rune workshop.
• Pick a hero up with your finger and take them where they are needed.
• Upgrade each house to quench, heal and train faster.

HEROES WITH A TRADE
• Seven heroes to hire, each with their own temper.
• Change class, master it and keep its passive for good.
• Train their attributes and brew the potions they take along.
• And let them show off: at the Contest, the best dressed wins.

ORDERS FROM NEIGHBORS AND FROM OTHER PLAYERS
• Neighbors leave their orders at the counter.
• On the board, another player asks for a piece and you forge it. No names, no chat: just gear.

PLAY YOUR WAY
• No sign-up. It also works offline: no wifi needed.
• With a connection your game is saved, and a code takes it to another phone.
• Free to play with optional reward videos: you only watch one if you want what it gives.
