User Reviews

Users find the app intuitive, helpful, and appreciate good customer service, especially for car rentals in multiple cities. However, many experience serious issues including frequent crashes, forced offline updates bypassing Google Play, lack of responsive online customer service, and problems receiving verification messages. These recurring problems impact usability and user trust despite the app's positive features.

Pros

App is intuitive, easy to use, edit, and understand.
Good customer service attitude, patient and attentive.
Provides useful car rental services in various cities like Xi'an and Xiamen.
Overall positive user satisfaction based on some reviews.

Cons

App frequently crashes or forcibly closes, with several reports of the app not opening or shutting down after updates.
Forced in-app updates via offline APKs rather than through Google Play Store, which is inconvenient and possibly against Google policy.
No effective online human customer service available.
Issues with not receiving verification SMS after entering phone number.
