I was a subscriber and had an injury due to their exercises, and until now I have not been treated. Unfortunately, the injury occurred a few days before the subscription expired. I paid for the renewal and did not use it. I asked for it to be returned. He refused and told me that the renewal would not come back and tried to force me to use the renewal code so that he would not pay me my money.
