Updates that allow access to all work emails in one place.
Ability to view both secure and regular emails in the app.
Fresh and clean look of the app.

Cons

Inability to open or view attachments.
Frequent access denied errors.
User-unfriendly interface and difficulty navigating the app.
Long login processes and security checks.
Crashes frequently and doesn't function properly (issues with both Android and iOS).

It's ok, but you can't view attachments that are sent to you inside Egress. If there would be a way to download and view attachments, it would be better

Nightmare. The app is asking you for date of birth and doesn't tell you what format. In the next sentence is asking you for password. Confused to what I am supposed to insert dob or password. Neither worked. The hospital sent me documents to read. Personally I wouldn't use this system. Another waste of money by NHS
