| 2024-08-06 | Edit: I am changing my review from three stars to one star. I would give it ZERO if possible. My Nexus power station has totally disappeared from the app, and I am unable to add it again. This was the ONLY reason I used the app, and the only useful function of the app: to track the status of the Nexus. When attempting to re-add it. I get a "system error", though I was still able to add a couple of new batteries. I've tried reinstalling, clearing cache and storage, nothing works. | ||

| 2024-07-20 | Absolute garbage of an app. No longer connects to my Z6 mower that I had no problem connecting to since owning it in 2021. I can't even check for updates anymore. Tried all their troubleshooting methods and nothing works. Also, registering your tool is a separate step from simply adding the tool on the app. Tools are still 5 stars. | ||

| 2024-07-13 | It's once in a blue moon I actually get a charge reminder. Everything is set up correctly. Also the app is waaaay too slow to give charge percentages. These batteries are quite expensive and to not give a great method to protect them from overcharging is really disappinting. | ||

| 2024-06-30 | Cannot use app without an internet connection. So when off grid with the nexus power station, you can not connect it to the app. Also kinda buggy, missing the newest tools, and does basically nothing but organize video tutorials, something you can get on the internet the few times you need it. The tools are all awesome so far. The app sucks big time and doesn't compare to the greatness of the tools, hard to believe they are from the same company. | ||

| 2024-06-03 | Primitive. Has never been tested on an Android phone. It asks for the barcodes to populate the "my tools" section and you think everything is registered. It's NOT. There is a SEPERATE section for Registration and the barcode scanner does not work in that section. So you have to type in the serial numbers etc into a non-visible field because the header with the "EGO" logo doesn't scroll, so the text entries are hidden behind the logo or the keyboard. Too many programming errors to count. | ||

| 2024-03-21 | Not very clear. Also downloaded the Ego Connect app which apparently is a whole different login..? Was finally able to use this Power+ app to connect the 700w charger that came with the board mower. Had to hold the "gears" button on the charger, it turned blue, was able to connect to its WiFi connection, point it in the app to connect to my WiFi, and now I see the connection status in the app. | ||

| 2024-03-19 | What they said. Installed the app, registered the lawnmower, battery, and charger. In the app there was no option to connect to the charger. This despite the fact that a tag on the charger urged me to download the app. Was really impressed with the lawnmower design, both high-tech and thoughtfully laid out. (Ease of handling for vertical storage, for example.) But the old, useless app is an embarrassment for the brand. | ||

| 2023-11-03 | Not updated, and doesn't work as expected. Last updated over a year ago. When adding tools in the app it doesn't register them for warranty (as one would expect) and when trying to connect a wifi product (the CH7000 super charger) the software interface in the instructions isn't even available in the app. This app is useless as far as I can tell. | ||

| 2023-08-10 | YouTube videos show and the instruction booklet states that the "charging station" has the ability to be added to home Wi-Fi for remote monitoring of the "battery charging status" through the app; however, the add to Wi-Fi is not an available option. Also, in the "image" vs. "list" view, images of the products do not load. | ||

| 2023-07-19 | Works for some things... Other things.... No so much. I was able to connect and register my new lawnmower, 10 amp battery and CH7000 charger without any issues. I was also able to connect the charger to my wireless network without any issues and I am even able to see battery charge status. I was able to register my MST1603 multi-head string trimmer, but it didn't add it to the "My tools"tab on the app. Would be nice if I could add all my tools. As others said, no info under tips & tricks | ||
