I love this game and I play for 10 years or more but...! For some reason there is a glitch showing that event is ongoing and there are 5 days left but when you click it says the event is over???

I am a legacy player, ive played since dan and phil played it, but im quitting. I love this game so much I finally decided to spend some money for a character pool. I had a 53% chance of getting a character, and i lost SIX seperate times, that is theoretically impossible. I am really dissapointed since i spent 32 dollars and will be uninstalling soon :(( Customer support email is no help as they dont do anything and the facebook gave no response.
