After selecting train journey it goes to searching and goes back asking me to verify location which I already did. I did this using my Samsung S25 FE. When I did exactly the same steps on my work iPhone it worked as expected. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but still not able to book a journey. Please advise. Update Yes all fixed now. Thanks for prompt action. Just need to be able to add straight to apple/Google wallet now...

It puzzles me that a company like Egencia/AmEx GBT in 2026 doesn't properly support MFA. The only thing supported is by email, and even that wasn't implemented until a couple years ago, if even that, as they themselves state "American Express Global Business Travel (GBT) is the world’s leading B2B travel platform" Unfathomable.
