Egen Active Team

Egen Active Team is the staff app for Egen Active facilities. It is for people who work the floor: front desk coordinators, trainers, facility managers, maintenance crew, and corporate administrators.

Any facility can join Egen Active. Register your gym, pool, court or studio free at manage.egenactive.com/register, in about two minutes, with no invitation and no approval needed. Your facility manager then creates accounts for the team, and staff sign in here.

AT THE DESK
- Scan a member QR code and check them in
- Look up a member by name, phone, or member code
- Register a walk-in and take payment at the till
- Check in a whole group against a booking
- See who is in the building right now, and your occupancy against capacity

SESSIONS
- See the day's sessions for your facility
- Mark attendance for a session, one person or in bulk
- Record attendance manually when someone trains without a booking

FACILITY OPERATIONS
- Work through your assigned routines and claim open ones
- Log incidents and injuries, with photos and signatures where needed
- Log maintenance jobs and equipment checks
- Run bulk pre-session equipment checks
- Record observations anyone should see

YOUR OWN HR
- Clock in and out of your shift
- Request leave and track your balance
- Read and acknowledge documents
- View your payslips
- See your training records and performance reviews

BUILT FOR THE FLOOR
- Works offline. Check-ins, routine logs, incident logs and equipment notes queue on your device and sync when you are back online, so a dropped connection never blocks the desk.
- Unlock with Face ID, Touch ID or your device biometric instead of retyping a password.
- Your permissions decide what you see. A trainer, a front desk coordinator, and a maintenance crew member each open a different app.
- Switch between facilities if you work at more than one.
- Light and dark themes.

Egen Active Team connects to your facility's existing Egen Active account. Members use the separate Egen Active app.
