User Reviews

We purchased the product, and now the EUREKA Service Team is informing us that it has been discontinued, along with the associated application. If that’s the case, why were we charged extra at the time of purchase for features like the Android application and voice notifications? This experience reflects extremely poor service from Eureka and raises serious concerns about either negligence or a misleading marketing strategy. To make matters worse, no replacement is being offered.

Very worst service. They gave this app for using the robo cleaning device. But now the app is not working if we call and ask means they are saying that the app is getting updated. It is already more than 3 months. Still now the same answer only. So do not buy the product coz service is not good at all. Very worst service. For selling they say many things and sell it finally investing in this product is worst.
