Delivery Checklist for Tesla

Make EV delivery day simple, organized, and stress‑free. EV Delivery Checklist helps you capture every important detail when you receive your new electric vehicle (including popular models from Tesla and other brands). Follow a clear, customizable checklist; flag issues before you drive away; add notes and photos as proof; and export or share a clean report with anyone who needs it. No more scrambling between notes and camera apps—everything you need for a confident handover is in one place.

Who it’s for
- New EV owners preparing for handover at a delivery center or dealership
- Buyers verifying a used or certified pre‑owned vehicle
- Enthusiasts who want a structured, repeatable inspection workflow
- Anyone who prefers a methodical approach to documenting issues, accessories, and settings

What you can do
- Use a ready‑made delivery checklist built from common community best practices (exterior, interior, software, charging, documents, accessories, test drive, and more)
- Customize any section: add or remove items, reorder steps, or create your own templates per model
- Mark each item as Completed, Needs Attention, or To Recheck and see overall progress at a glance
- Add detailed notes and multiple photos to any line item for clear, time‑stamped documentation
- Export your results to PDF or text for easy sharing with service advisors, sellers, or friends
- Work offline if your delivery area has poor reception; your checklist remains available
- Keep multiple checklists for multiple vehicles or delivery attempts
- Switch themes (including dark mode) for comfortable use in bright delivery bays
- Optional cloud backup and sync (if available) so you don’t lose your work between devices

Why it matters
Delivery day moves fast. Small paint marks, misaligned panels, missing accessories, or software setup snags are easy to miss in the excitement. A structured checklist helps you spot issues early, capture photographic evidence, and communicate clearly with the seller or service team. That saves time, reduces back‑and‑forth, and improves your first‑day ownership experience.

Delivery‑day workflow
1) Open the checklist and select your vehicle template (you can tweak it anytime).
2) Move through sections in order or jump to what’s most important at your location.
3) For each item, mark status, add notes, and attach photos if needed.
4) Track overall progress—see exactly what’s left before you drive off.
5) Export or share a report to document the vehicle’s condition at handover.

Privacy first
Your notes and photos are yours. They are stored on your device by default. If cloud sync/backup is enabled (when available), you’ll be asked first. See our Privacy Policy for details.
