e-pity

The e-pity 2025 mobile app is Poland’s free, mobile-first solution for filing and submitting annual PIT returns directly to the e‑Deklaracje.gov.pl system. Designed for smartphones and tablets, it supports over 20 PIT forms (including PIT-37, PIT-36, PIT-36L, PIT-28, PIT-38, PIT-39 and attachments) and tax office updates like ZAP-3. The app includes a step-by-step wizard, automatic validations, calculation engine (trusted since 2009), e-sending without a qualified signature, and automatic download and delivery of the Official Confirmation of Receipt (UPO). Refunds are processed within 45 days, or 30 days for Large Family Card holders when e‑Deklaracje is used.

e-pity stores data locally or in the cloud via e-pity Drive and lets you email, print or save PDF copies of returns. The mobile edition mirrors desktop installers for Windows, Mac and Linux, is unlimited in submissions, and does not restrict choice of public benefit organizations (KRS entry allowed).
