Worst app and customer service. I've faced issues with early payment as the app rejects transactions from multiple banks. After struggling to reach customer service, they claim the issue isn’t on their end. A very poor experience—I’m looking to close my account and would never recommend this service.

Well you register in about 5 minutes, it feels easy enough to be that good till they tell you to go to the nearest branch to complete your registration. You go there to find out that there's some documents required that weren't even mentioned to only at the end they reject you for no apparent reason, they literally just tell you that you are rejected and when u ask why they just tell you there's no reason lol. Worst customer service and one of the worst apps I have used in my life.
