BOOK YOUR CLASSES
View the calendar of available sessions, check times and available spots, and reserve your spot in seconds. If a class is full, add yourself to the waiting list and receive a notification as soon as a spot becomes available.

YOUR WORKOUT PLANS
Find the plans assigned by your personal trainer, organized by week, day, and circuit. For each exercise, see sets, reps, weights, and rest periods, watch the demo video, and record your workouts. You can also upload video feedback for your trainer.

CIRCUITS TIMER
Train to your rhythm with the integrated circuit timer: rounds, work phases, and rest periods are guided in full screen, so you can focus on your workout.
