Təfsir - İbn Kəsir (1-21)

Təfsir - İbn Kəsir (1-21) is a comprehensive Chrome extension featuring the classical commentary on the Glorious Qur'an by Imad al-Din Ibn Kathir al-Damasqi, covering Surahs Al-Fatihah through Al-Anbiya. This abridged translation by Ahmad Shakir includes essential explanations such as the causes of revelation, cross-references to other Qur'anic verses, and authoritative hadiths, providing both spiritual and scholarly insight.

Ibn Kathir, a distinguished 14th-century scholar, masterfully interprets the Qur'an by first referencing the Qur'an itself, then authentic hadiths, and commentary from prior Islamic authorities. This extension serves not only as a tool for understanding the Qur'an but also teaches the science of hadith, making it invaluable for a broad audience interested in Islamic studies. Future updates will expand interpretations to cover all surahs, enhancing this rich resource further.
