2024-12-29	Ky*****	Not connecting to that damn cam app is garbage and door bell is trash, despointed can't see through the cam, keeping loading and loading. I removed the cam and reset it and turn it off for 5 minutes and it functioning again.

2024-12-08	Ch*****	I have been trying for 2 days to connect my smart doorbell to the app and it's not giving me the option to register my device or completely registration on through the app completely cuz I can't see the full screen it's very frustrating I have no doorbell at this time and I have to upgrade to your device the window success please help

2024-11-30	Ca*****	Doesn't work and won't give refund it doesn't comnect to my phone at all doesn't record when someone rings bell I have canceled subscription but still charged i would like a refund please i have emailed you guys and everything you haven't gotten back to me I was hangup in when I called I am going to gave to call a lawyer now since you won't be professional people and reimbursement me after I purchased a faulty camrea im also going to x,insta and facebook.

2024-11-17	Un*****	I'm not sure if it's the camera itself or the app but I don't get any notifications even if all my permissions are on. I would not recommend this app/camera unless you just want to view it whenever and not get any notice when someone is at your door..
