I have purchased a painting course- complete course in May for few months App did good but now App shows a security upgrade and ask to reset password after that I am unable to access my course, even they are showing no purchase made.

Had purchased a course pack on this and had studied about 20%. Opened the app and site today to see they're not working. It says that they upgraded security and asked yo reset password. When I clicked on it, it said that the link was sent but I didn't get a link..
