2024-01-06	Ra*****	It worked the day I installed the app but since then it doesn't let me load the tours section it stays permanently on the loading screen which is super disappointing. It seems to be an android issues according some of the other comments.

2023-07-30	Ra*****	The jump from the website I first used years ago to this app has been great! It's incredibly smooth and impressively user friendly. It's practically a "one stop shop" for tracking everything I would want to related to my trips, so I don't have to transfer all the little details & checklists to my own calender & notes apps. It even looks good in dark mode! My only constructive feedback is that the chat could offer more discussion prompts to help open up fellow travelers to each other. Great job!

2023-06-03	Ga*****	Update: After a few emails, they fixed it! I had to log out and in again after the most recent update. I love the chat options! I can add my info to my profile, but it won't load my actual trip. It keeps saying "loading your experience" under the tours tab. I let it load for 5 mins and nothing. Notifications say I have none. I tried deleting and downloading it again. Cleared cashed data. This app isn't functional. I have 2 weeks left before my trip. If they fix it, then I'll update my review.

The app sends you notifications that say "we've updated the app", but what the notifications really mean is someone posted in the group chat for your trip. They really should say something about chat posts and not updates. Also, I've experienced the app freezing and crashing when writing a long chat message.
