I wanted to reach out to you regarding some technical difficulties I encountered during my recent English One test.These issues had a significant impact on my ability to complete the test to the best of my ability, and I feel that it affected my performance unfairly.Throughout the test, I faced several glitches that made it incredibly challenging to focus and answer the questions accurately, and I was left feeling sad, mad, and rushed.
