EECC Volunteers

EECC Volunteers is the official coordination app for volunteers staffing the East European Comic Con event.

This app is for registered volunteers only. Access is managed by the event organizers — you need to be added to a team before you can use the main features.

FEATURES

• Team Messenger
Stay in sync with your team in real time. Send messages, ask questions, and get instant notifications from your team leader.

• Event Schedule
View your assigned programs and schedule slots. Get notified about upcoming sessions you're responsible for.

• Break Request System
Request a break from your team leader with a single tap. Receive instant approval with your break duration. A live countdown shows how much time you have left, and the app automatically logs when you're back on duty.

• Safety Tool
Report safety incidents directly through the app. Team leaders with safety access receive alerts immediately and can track the status of each report.

• Push Notifications
Receive real-time alerts for team messages, break approvals, safety incidents, and schedule updates.

INTENDED AUDIENCE

This app is designed exclusively for volunteers at East European Comic Con. If you aren't a registered volunteer, most features won't be available to you. Contact the event organizers if you'd like to volunteer.

PRIVACY

Your data is used only for event coordination. We collect your basic profile information (name, email, phone, date of birth), team assignment, and chat messages. Data is encrypted in transit and is never shared with third-party advertising or analytics platforms. You can request account deletion from your account settings at any time.
