2024-12-12	Be*****	Can't give it 0 stars. It's a shame the rest of the set up was straight forward. This app however like many more have already stated is not fit for purpose and even when connected to the router, the app will no recognise it.

2024-11-16	Ge*****	The app is as much use as the ugly massive router that it's meant to support, I was with BT for 15 years and now I can't stand the loss of connection. This app won't even do a set up properly. Very poor.

2024-11-09	Sq*****	What a pile of rubbish. All I want to do is make certain websites away from the children. In my 20 years of I.T never have I come across a most unless and pointless way off trying to access your router why oh why do developers have to change what worked fine, by accessing your router via IP address and changing setting there. So congratulations BT/EE you have single-handed made it unusable to keep your children safe. You can't use the app because you get be b.s message of your on a VPN.

Nobbled hub manager to force me onto an app that is unnecessary and doesn't work. How it's possible for a company of their stature to be so appalling defies belief. To your reply: EE app doesn't work either. It suggests using hub manager. Hub manager says use app. It must take a considerable amount of effort to be his bad, you have surpassed incompetence

2024-10-03	Ni*****	In response to your reply I was told via telephone not to use the EE home app and to do what you suggested, and shock.... It still does not work. I used the WiFi controls followed the steps and it still can't connect the app to the hub. I suggest you have a meeting with your "dev" team before you suggest other things to "try".

2024-07-25	Ia*****	App doesn't do anything apart from run a speed test. Constantly telling me the router isn't connected. used the My EE app and set it up through that and paired it all up. This app is a waste off space as can only do the speed checks

2024-07-17	Ga*****	This app is unusable. I can't control or manage WiFi or use parental controls. I get constant spinning... so infuriating and everyone else is saying the same thing but you still don't rectify the problem. Scrap it and start again

2024-07-09	Lo*****	Took EE broadband, as one of the selling points on the TV ad was that you can pause kids wifi etc. Why is this feature not available in the router settings directly and only available in the broken app. Like others, there's no way to connect the router so app absolutely useless. I'll be making a formal complaint for false advertising as I can see by all the other reviews, you have made no efforts to fix this issue. No engagment with your customers either.
