It centralizes daily documentation and family updates in one secure, easy-to-use app, reducing paperwork, minimizing back-and-forth messaging, and improving consistency in communication. Providers can record routine activity throughout the day, including meals, snacks, naps, diaper changes, mood, learning activities, outdoor time, notes, and optional photos. Each child has a dedicated profile with key information such as allergies, medications, emergency contacts, and important care notes. Nan-e Care also supports announcements for center-wide or group-specific updates and includes document management for storing and sharing essential forms such as enrollment paperwork, consent forms, immunization records, policies, handbooks, and emergency contacts. For end-of-day reporting, Nan-e Care offers AI-assisted daily summaries that convert logged routines into a clear, professional recap that can be shared with parents. Nan-e Care is built with privacy in mind: data is intended to be accessible only to authorized daycare staff and the child’s connected parents or guardians. A provider subscription may be required to access provider features; subscription plans include the same functionality and differ only by billing period (monthly, 6-month, or annual). Subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time through your device’s subscription settings.
