2023-02-18	Ia*****	I hired Eden to clear the snow in my rental property while I was away. I gave a clear map of the area to be cleared. The first snowfall, someone came but they did less than half of the driveway, my tenant's vehicles were blocked in, they were not happy. I called Eden, after on hold for 40 minutes, said someone would come and fix it, but no-one came. I called again but they don't answer the phone out of office hours. A few days later, more snow, no-one came at all. I will not use them again.

2022-11-09	Sh*****	Tried to book shrub trimming. First contractor rescheduled twice then never showed up. Next contractor did the same thing. My work was reassigned three times and now the job is sitting open in the app. I've called customer service multiple times now and they stopped returning my calls. It shouldn't take over a month to get services completed. Terrible experience
