The new ECU 911 Violet app allows for immediate assistance in cases of violence against women.

Now, in such an emergency, simply press and hold the button for 3 seconds, and the alert will reach ECU 911 to coordinate the necessary response.

To use it, download the application, register, and provide the requested information truthfully and accurately. You must attach supporting documentation such as a restraining order and a report filed with the appropriate authorities.
The application must be used responsibly. Generating false, malicious, or unjustified alerts may result in the liabilities and penalties stipulated by Ecuadorian law.
The personal information provided will be processed exclusively for emergency management and response, in compliance with the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable regulations, guaranteeing the principles of confidentiality, purpose limitation, proportionality, and data security.
