This app allows ARA's employees to manage their daily activities such as to conduct inspections and respond to client requests. ARA's employees use this app to bridge the gap between their clients and contractors. Service requests are attended to by ARA's employees using this app. Monitor activity statuses, escalations, communicate on progress, track task completion, etc. among others.
