My wallet was hacked and now I cannot transfer crypto out. Why is there no customer support?? I see the Secure Wallet has been discontinued as well, is it because of security breaches?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they want to sell you a faulty product and provide NO support when it doesn't work. Their ticket system for support puts you in a queue where they are not obliged to communicate with you AT ALL. If you email them your email becomes a new ticket. They do not communicate with their customers. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.
