The crashing of this app turns a good service into a poor service. I literally have to download the app over-and-over to book rides.

The app for the rapids service keeps crashing this has been ongoing for about 3 weeks. When you try to book a ride, it kicks you off the app. You have to reinstall the entire app just to book a ride. Even after that, every time you click on the map view, it kicks you off. This makes it impossible to know if your driver is on the way or what time they arrived.

Saw Rapid employee driving an expensive Mustang sports car. Had The Rapid logo on doors. Terrible use of taxpayers money. Can't depend on service to get to work on time. No thanks.
