2024-07-05	Ol*****	Okay, I love this app, but why is it that there is zero customer service anywhere to contact whenever issues arises? That's one. Secondly, how is the app even made to always deny someone an access to their account even when the correct login details are entered? I'm so frustrated right now. Been trying to login with the same login I've been using for years since yestetday, but it kept telling me it was incorrect when it was in fact very correct.

2024-02-13	Ak*****	For the start I have issues using the app. But after talking to the tech I was enlightened... But you people should help your agent to understand how the app works not until when they have problems that you will be telling them the do and don't... It's really annoying... The card reader is not smart in terms of connecting with the app please work on it. Thanks. So 3 atars ⭐⭐⭐ for now

2023-11-16	Je*****	Transactions are now faster and responsive but there seems to be a problem at authenticating the transaction. The same PIN will have to entered several times after "Incorrectl Error" before it is finally accepted.

2023-11-04	Ba*****	This is very worst app. What is the meaning of 'you are not allowed to perform this transaction' from my own account. I can only received but I can't perform any transactions. Interbank transfer is a big problem. You people have to do something.

2023-05-24	Jo*****	Please this issue of timeout when someone is trying to input their pin is annoying,,, I'm an agent and most times old men and women come to make withdrawals and stuff,,, and u guys know fully well that your figures are a bit tiny so before most of them would figure out the pin it'll just time out, so please and please adjust the pin input time to atleast 40 to 50 secs thank you... And then the pattern of us inputting our agent pin after a customer puts their pin is that really necessary?

2022-12-14	Ik*****	The app is easy to use except that network affect it especially in remote area. However, for over one month now, the app has refused to operate fully even when updated, it continues to ask me to check my agent and code number even when they are all correct.

2022-03-31	HE*****	Fantastic app so far, just that the management doesn't seems to pay attention to the feedback/ complain of the customer, my suggestion is try to allow remita reference payments in the app. Haven't been doing much lately bcos I do much with remita payments Recently.

This is the Only app targeted at making user loose all the money in the accounts link to this app. No OTP verification for additional phone registration process. The app makes your account login possible on any phone without your permission. Once anybody have access to your login details,he/she has your account on his palm. Users Money is NOT safe on this Application.
