It is very disturbing that a whole investment app is still not working for me at this era. This app keeps crashing and doesn't allow me to even sign in into my own account. It has persisted for more than 2 years, and no improvement has been done yet. This occurs both on the beta version and the public version. It's very frustrating that I can't even check my own balance through this app. Please fix this and improve and let the public be aware. I wish I can attach a screenshot here 😔

A very poor app. It fails to update the customer on the current state of their investment. It only displays information several months old. Basically every information such as, my current account balance or my account statement, I request from it is very old info or simply unavailable. I wish I could rate it lower
